Retail Electrical Fit-Out | Ellis Brigham Cambridge

Delivering the electrical works for the refurbishment and transformation of the Ellis Brigham store in Cambridge.

 

Working alongside WDC Creative and Ellis Brigham, we delivered the electrical works required to prepare the existing retail space for its new layout, carefully adapting and reusing existing infrastructure while introducing new lighting, power and security systems throughout.

This wasn't simply about installing new equipment. Careful coordination was required to reuse existing infrastructure, achieve a high-quality finish and keep the refurbishment programme moving.

Scope Included

A complete electrical package for the Ellis Brigham store refurbishment, combining new installations with the careful adaptation and reuse of existing electrical infrastructure to support the new retail layout.

A key part of the project was retaining and reusing as much of the existing lighting track as possible. This required careful planning around the ceiling spray works, with sections removed and reinstated while ensuring the finished lighting layout remained clean and accurate.

Retail fit-outs need to work on more than a visual level. Behind the finished store, the electrical infrastructure needs to support day-to-day operations, customer experience, security and compliance from the moment the doors open.
